BLUEBIRD TRAIL WORK DAYS
Wednesdays: June 13, 27
Saturdays: June , 16, 30
8:30 AM-10:30 AM
This nesting season our Bluebird Trail team will be checking nest boxes every
other Wednesday, and every other Saturday. Join our veteran bluebird volunteers
for a morning in the field and learn all about bluebirds! Please wear long
pants for walking through brush off the trail.
Please consider volunteering to monitor the Bluebird Trail boxes through August
this year, and help record valuable data on the nesting success of each bluebird
pair on Birdsongs 42-box Bluebird Trail. The job of visiting the boxes,
counting eggs and fledglings, recording observations, and cleaning/repairing
boxes when necessary is a very valuable service to Bluebirds and to Birdsong.
Bring a friend and help the Bluebird!
